Do NOT and I warn DO NOT buy from this company. It is a 5-person run small company and they have the WORST and most UNPROFESSIONAL Customer service! If you but and need to return an item or track your purchase, you will not get through on the phone and they will not return emails. I had purchased over $1k worth of products for a Christmas gift for my mother. When the items finally arrived, the products were cheaply made and not of the same quality as the photos. So, we returned the items (at our own expense). The terms and conditions said to email them for a return shipping label and no one responded to my email. Therefore, to meet the return timeframe in order to get a full refund, we returned the items out of pocket at a cost of $113.00. I have spent almost 4 weeks to get the refund owed after I had confirmation the items were received by the warehouse. However, the customer service manager "Sarah" failed to return my emails or phone calls. So, I filed a credit card dispute with my bank. I will NEVER shop here again and warn you if you are thinking about it, DON'T! Horrible experience!
Quality material and fast shipping. My order was large and placed on Jan 4,2021. Feel terrible for those who had to go through so much headache. I used their drapes and redesigned it for my tall windows. It looks like custom made and i am getting lots of compliments.

I ordered Heirloom Rose Euro Shams and standard shams. I also ordered a throw pillow. I am so excited. They look wonderful. It is exactly what I was wanting. I ordered a different name from a different company. They looked similar in the picture. I wasn't sure. They other company did not offer the same things Touch of Class did. I wanted my room to look "old". I even found discontinued wallpaper that coordinates with it. Thank you Touch of Class. I love your Heirloom Rose. I even made me some shades to match out of the curtains.
I would recommend touch of class for your next home improvement. Darren made sure that all of our needs were met and I can definitely say he stands behind his products. Top notch service.
OMG this company is so bad. I spent $1200 on a bedroom set. It came without the matching Bedskirt. Every time I called I got the same response. "We contacted the manufacturer and they didn't call us back." I called them over 20 times for 6 months. I still have no bedskirt and no response. I now will contact the Better Business Bureau.
Buyer BEWARE. If you read the reviews you will see how bad they are. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought.
If your smart you'll never order from this company! Don't know how they stay in business! Ordered bedspread and they wanted me to pay 100.00 after it didn't work for me for return shipping... was going to reorder but myself and anyone else I know won't be doing business with them again now they make your give them a rating to submit this, don't think even worth one star...
The bed room spread I ordered was around $400.00 you would think shipping would be included But wasn't. I was hoping the Quality would make up for shipping cost but quality was so bad I returned the product having to pay additional $57.00 Shipping charge. Total shipping charge was approximately$100.00. I can order a $5.00 product from Walmart with free shipping. This has been the worse experience online order ever!
My story goes way back to February 2021.
It is now April 30, 2021.
I paid these people $226.79 for 2 sets of kitchen curtains and a table cloth. A very long story short, they promised to send my complete order out in 1 shipment.(I explained I was redecorating and painting the kitchen walls, I wanted the color of the curtains to match up with paint color)..so, I was promised my complete order would ship in 3-5 days...My order was sent in several shipments and the curtains and table cloth were shipped from 2 different lots!.. their for, that means their is a major color difference between them all!!. Some curtains were surged in Green and some in white!!.. they also had major defects in the embroidery work!!..
After numerous calls and emails to correct this mess. Through email, Customer service the supervisor and myself agreed to get this corrected, by sending all(return shipping lable
and correct items) to my physical home address...
I AM STILL WAITING for

To make this right. After we all agreed, I would recieve a return shipping lable along with the correct curtains sewn and surged in white. I would return the defected and mix-matched items....
I AM STILL WAITING FOR THESE PEOPLE TO GET IT CORRECTED AND SEND MY CORRECT ITEMS ALONG WITH THE RETURN SHIPPING LABLE!!.
I have been handed many lousy elementary excuses(I'm sorry, I've been sick), and have been lied to so many different times.
All I want is the correct order that touch of class had on their webpage for sale, the day I paid and placed my order.
Getting correct items to customers seems to be a impossible task!!..
Another impossible thing seems to be, TELLING THE TRUTH!!..
I can surely agree with other reviews left here.. do not do business with these people!!..

Don't buy from this company unless you are ready to wait forever to get your product. After 6 weeks with no communication except for me calling them to ask where my drapes were and getting a bunch of hogwash about how they were coming directly from the maufacturer and they would ship in a couple of days. This went on for 6 weeks. I finally called them and cancelled the order. I will write more after I give them time to refund the money back into my account.
Touch Of Class is definitely legit! They have exceptional quality merchandise and their prices are excellent in comparison. Their products you do not find every and anywhere which is very appealing.
I have been a committed customer for several years and have never been disappointed with my purchases with one exception: A grande bedspread was unfortunately too small for my high mansion bed. This was the first time it ever happened. I recommend Touch Of Class to everyone!
First time I ordered from them I received a defective bedspread with 1/3 sewn upside down and raw edge showing! After 2 weeks of contacting them, I was told the item was sold that way, and they couldn't send a new one. Still waiting for my refund! Many unanswered emails.
I spent hours looking for the perfect window covering options and found what I liked on this website. After placing the order I find out the product was not even available after the fact and I went in to see a shipping date. All several items I ordered were not marked "out of stock" They were are marked as available.
Don't spend hours shopping this site unless you don't need them for a very long time if the items are ever replenished. They did not stock any of the 9 items marked available.
I ordered soap dispensers and matching tissue holder from Touch of Class. I received the soap dispensers first and they were fine. The tissue holder was a completely different product! When I called customer service, I was told to send pictures of the soap dispensers and tissue holder along with the product code then they would send these to their vendor, then the vendor would determine if they would replace the items and send a return label. HUH? This isn't even my error and it will take a least a month to resolve AND they had attitude about it! When they finally sent a return label, the agent said after inspection they might POSSIBLY give me a credit or ship the correct item! HUH? I shop on line all the time and never experienced anything like this. I will NEVER do business with them again and you shouldn't either!
I bought 2 items from them. One came damaged, tried calling customer service no answer. Email no response. Did a charge back then I got a call from a rude woman who claimed the total was charged back, CC confirmed I was correct only one item charged back. They refuse to send replacement item. CC company said if I don't receive the item chargeback will stay. They are horrible and will try to cheat you out of your money. DONT BUY FROM THEM.
